Q: What do I need to get started?
A: You need a Shiptheory account, which is free if you ship less than 100 orders per month. You then need to have an active Parcelforce account; visit www.parcelforce.com to set up an account for free. It only takes 2 minutes to connect your Parcelforce and Shiptheory accounts. This guide will get you up-and-running booking shipments in no time!

Q: What ecommerce integrations can I connect Parcelforce with?
A: You can connect your Parcelforce account with the ecommerce packages above. These include Brightpearl, Seller Dynamics, Unleashed, Magento, Squarespace, Shopify, and more.

Q: What type of Parcelforce account do I need to use with Shiptheory?
A: You will need a credit-based account. Other accounts, such as Pay As You Go, will not allow you access to ExpressLink which you need in integrating your account with Shiptheory. It is best to check with your Account Manager if you're not sure what type of account you're using.

Q: Will my shipments appear in Parcelforce?
A: Parcelforce labels you create through Shiptheory will not appear in Parcelforce's WDM; everything goes through Shiptheory electronically. If you need to 'delete' a Parcelforce label, you can just discard the label as you won't be charged for the label if it is not scanned by Parcelforce.
