  • Q: What do I need to get started?

    A: You need a Shiptheory account, which is free if you ship less than 100 orders per month. You then need to have an active Bring account; visit www.mybring.com to set up an account for free. It only takes 2 minutes to connect your Bring and Shiptheory accounts. This guide will get you up-and-running booking shipments in no time!

  • Q: What ecommerce integrations can I connect Bring with?

    A: You can connect your Bring account with the ecommerce packages above. These include Brightpearl, Seller Dynamics, Unleashed, Magento, Squarespace, Shopify, and more.

  • Q: How much does it cost?

    A: Select the subscription that fits perfectly your shipping needs. For a full list of our packages, check our pricing.

  • Q: What is my Bring API User ID and Bring API Key?

    A: To get an API key, you must be registered on MyBring.com and have an invoice agreement with Bring. Once you have an account on MyBring.com, your API User ID will be the same username you use to login to the MyBring.com website. Once you are registered on MyBring.com, head to the MyBring settings and API page to get your API key. When you have copied your API Key as above, you need to enable the booking API access in order to perform bookings from this page.
